Cabbage
Apples
(Mushrooms)
Caraway seeds
Dill
Salt and pepper
Mince garlic, slice other vegetables in bite-sized pieces. Sauté garlic & onions & caraway seeds until onions are translucent. Then add (mushrooms), cabbage, apples—add the next vegetable when the one you just added has warmed. Add seasoning and cook until cabbage is just tender.
