Vegetable pâté

¾ cup flour
½ cup ground sunflower seeds
⅓ cup cold press oil
1 garlic clove crushed
⅔ cup of nutritional yeast
2 minced onions
4 tablespoon tamari
1 cup warm water
Thyme, basil, a little bit of sage
Carrots, potatoes, Jerusalem Artichoke (Sunchoke), grated
Fresh parley, celery (or lovage), …, finely chopped

Mix well until liquid consistency. Pour into a baking dish of about 6 x 10 oiled. Bake at 350°F about 50 to 60 minutes.

Serve warm or cool and keep in the fridge. Serve on bread or crackers.
